Casa Hol Chan is adjacent to Hol Chan Marine Reserve which is famous for diving. The home is 2 story, set up 10 feet on columns to afford awesome views of the Caribbean, the island of Caye Caulker, plus ocean views
from 2 balconies. Every room in the home, except the kitchen, has ocean views. There is a pier in front of the house. Casa Holchan has 2 bed rooms and 1 & 1/2 bath rooms, and sleeps 6 people comfortably. The home is decorated in tasteful island décor. The breeze off the Caribbean usually provides a comfortable temperature, but in case it is needed, Casa Holchan is air conditioned. Casa Holchan’s bedrooms are air conditioned. The master bedroom has it’s own balcony, a queen size bed (with box springs which is rare on the island) with quality linens and duvet. A desk/vanity is in front of a window which overlooks the Caribbean and south Ambergris Caye. The
bedroom has plenty of storage space. The second bedroom also overlooks the south of the island and Caribbean and is also air conditioned. It has 2 single beds with box springs, quality linens and duvets. Both bedrooms are bright and decorated in island décor.
The down stairs is also air conditioned. The living room opens to a balcony with patio furniture which is 10 feet off ground. The living room has a full pull out bed. The room is decorated with local paintings, sculptures and photos taken by the owners. The furnishings are comfortably island style. Casa Hol Chan has a full kitchen with all equipment and dinner ware. Should you want to BBQ, a local charcoal grill is located outside. Linens, towels, beach towels, radio and CD player, computer with internet and Cable TV are provided as well as a phone which takes phone cards (phone cards available at local store). Maid service is usually provided 3 times a week. We recommend renting a golf cart, which you may rent across from the air port or call from the house and have delivered. Taxi service is available on the island. Transfers from and to the airport may be arranged for a fee. |
