Please provide us with: Names of guests Contact information (email address, mail address, phone number) Dates of check-in and check-out. A security deposit of $250USD is required for each reservation (please ask if you would like to bring your pet, an additional deposit is required)
A four night minimum is required for each reservation. A deposit of 50% of the rental is required to secure a reservation. Reservations will be held 2 business days until a deposit can be made
to secure the reservation. The security deposit and the balance of payment are due 30 days before
arrival. A refund for cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival date are entitled to a refund minus 1 night’s stay. Cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival are entitled to NO
refund.
